I remember one morning, Katy Perry was blasting, and I was sobbing on the

bed....

Depressed and hopeless...

I just wanted to run away....

I prayed for God to give me a sign....

And He did.

Steve got a check in the mail from a dividend stock he owned.

The company split or something but it was for $2200.

We were overjoyed.

And now the question was what to do with it...

I said let’s pay some bills...

Steve says to me...

“Honey. Let’s think about this. We weren't expecting

this. This is found money! Putting it towards bills is

like putting it in a garbage disposal, it’s gonna get

eaten up immediately Why not do something that will

change our lives? I know the only thing that really

makes you happy is travel. I say we use this money to

send you wherever you want to go for two weeks. I’m

sure you’ll come back a new person and by then I

probably will have found a job...”
